Free shipping for commercial addresses in the continental USA
Most signs are fabricated in up to 5 business days, then shipped by UPS Ground or truck freight depending on the product size and type.
Fabrication
Orders take up to 5 business days to process and fabricate before shipment.
Ground Transit
UPS Standard Ground usually arrives 2 to 4 business days after fabrication.
Freight Delivery
Large signs and raceway-mounted products ship by truck freight to commercial locations.

If requested, the freight company will contact you to schedule delivery. Be ready for the delivery appointment; refused deliveries or missed appointments may result in additional charges.
Inspect the packaging and sign when it arrives. If anything is damaged, take photos of the packaging and sign, keep the packaging materials, and call SignMonkey immediately at (800) 863-0107.
Our products are packaged to protect the sign face. Minor damage to the back that does not affect performance can potentially happen during shipping and may not require replacement.

Delivery Method
Most EZLit® Channel Letters ship using UPS. Parts such as LEDs, power supplies, and fastening clips also ship by UPS. Raceway-mounted letters, Lit Shape signs, Lit Cabinets, and EZLit® Channel Letters that are too large for UPS ship by truck freight.
No Inside Deliveries
Freight deliveries are made to the exterior of your store or business location. Freight products are packaged in a strong crate that can be moved from the delivery point to the installation location.
Tracking Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your order status. When the shipment leaves our facility, tracking information will be available for the shipping carrier.
Shipping Area
Free shipping applies to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, military APO/FPO addresses, and locations outside the continental USA must contact us for shipping pricing before ordering.
Shipping Destination
Free shipping is available for commercial addresses. We do not ship to post office boxes or residential addresses. Military addresses may have additional charges, and a single order cannot ship to multiple addresses.
Express Shipping
Free shipping includes standard shipping as defined by SignMonkey.com. Express shipping is not included. If you need express shipping, call our shipping department to arrange pricing and delivery options.
No Changes of Address
We confirm the shipping address when you place your order. If the address changes after confirmation, you are responsible for any carrier charges related to changing the shipping location or delivery type.
Carriers and Payment
We currently ship freight with Old Dominion or another freight carrier, and ground shipments currently ship with UPS. Carriers are subject to change. We do not ship COD; all purchases must be paid in full before shipping.
Pickup
Customers may pick up their product at our Huntington, WV location. We can hold pickup orders for 5 days before storage fees begin. Pickup orders are subject to West Virginia sales tax.
Surcharges
Some areas require additional freight fees.
